⏱ 5-Minute Coherence Ritual

Good morning.

March 1. A clean edge.

Not because the calendar says so — but because you decided to show up differently today.

Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches something that changes everything once you feel it in your body: you cannot create a new life from the same stressed nervous system.

Every time you try to force, plan, or control what comes next — your body releases cortisol. Stress hormones. The chemistry of survival.

⏱ 5-Minute Coherence Ritual

1. Sit upright. Both hands on your heart. Eyes closed.

2. Four slow breaths. In for 4 counts, out for 6. Let your exhale be longer than your inhale — this signals safety to your nervous system.

3. Drop one word into your chest. Not a goal. Not a plan. A feeling. Gratitude. Openness. Ready.

4. Hold it for 60 seconds. Don't think about what you want. Feel like you already live there.

5. Open your eyes slowly. This is your first moment of March — received, not forced.

You just changed what your body is broadcasting.

New month. New signal. Let it out.
