5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Active Subscribers
We retain your data for as long as you are actively subscribed to our emails. Your information remains on our email list and is used to deliver content and updates while your subscription is active.
Unsubscribed Users
If you choose to unsubscribe, your data is promptly removed from our active email lists. However, we may maintain anonymized analytics data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Inactive Subscribers
Should you not open any emails from us for 45 days and do not respond to our re-engagement emails, we will automatically unsubscribe you and remove your information from active lists.
Purchase Records

Chat Conversations
Any chat conversation you have with us is stored for 90 days and then automatically deleted from our system.
