Burn What No Longer Belongs
Slow exhalation activates the vagus nerve — each extended out-breath shifts the nervous system toward parasympathetic dominance, releasing the grip of the stress response and allowing the body to let go of what it's been bracing against. HRV rises as you exhale longer than you inhale, and with it, the body's capacity to release what it no longer needs to hold.
The full moon in Aries is still in the sky as you settle in. Feel the bottoms of your feet on the floor — solid, real. Place one hand on your sternum and notice any heat there. This is Aries territory: the chest, the forward-moving fire.
Bring to mind one thing you've been carrying that your body doesn't want anymore. You'll know it because there's a faint tightening around it — a held breath, a braced shoulder.
Exhale it out through your mouth. Do this three times, each breath longer than the last. Feel your chest soften with each release.
Neville Goddard understood this centuries before the instruments confirmed it — that what you inhabit in imagination, you release in reality, and that the body doesn't carry stories forward unless you keep telling them. The nervous system is listening. When you stop rehearsing the weight, the body stops bracing for it.
What burns away in this light was never yours to carry. What remains is the signal.
Your body knew before your mind did — trust that knowing.
