Rumi wrote: "Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray."
This morning, you're not chasing what you want. You're letting it draw you toward itself — because it's already seeking you.
Centering Breath (2 minutes)
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Breathe in: "What I seek..."
Breathe out: "...is seeking me."
Let this rhythm settle into your body. Not as a hope. As a law.
The thing you desire isn't distant. It's already moving toward you. Your only job is to become available to receive it.
Repeat 8 times.
Visualization (3 minutes)
Think of one thing you've been wanting — a relationship, an opportunity, a shift in your life.
Now flip the script:
Instead of you reaching toward it, imagine it reaching toward you.
See it moving in your direction. Feel the magnetism. The inevitability.
You're not chasing. You're being found.
How does that feel in your body? Relief? Excitement? Peace?
Stay with that feeling.
Affirmation
Place your hand over your heart. Say aloud or whisper:
"I am found by what seeks me. I am open. I am ready. I receive."
Closing Intention
Today, practice this: Instead of forcing, allow.
When you notice yourself striving or pushing, pause.
Take one breath.
Ask: "What if this is already on its way to me?"
Then move from that trust.
