The Warmth You're Already Holding

Stay here for a moment. You don't need to name anything yet.
Now ask yourself, gently: What is the feeling here, right now? Not a story about it. Not a history. Just a single word or phrase for the quality of what lives beneath your hand — heavy, tender, quiet, soft, something quietly stirring.
Let the word come from sensation, not from thought. Where does it live, exactly? High in the chest, low, to one side? Does it have texture, weight, temperature?
