What Are You Choosing to Grow This Season?
The act of writing an intention by hand activates neural encoding differently than thinking alone — the motor cortex, memory systems, and prefrontal cortex coordinate together, and neuroplasticity is more likely when intention moves through the body into form.
Open your journal to a fresh page. Write the date at the top, then pause — one breath in, one breath out. Feel the pen or pencil in your hand, its weight, its texture.
Now write this question: What am I intentionally choosing to grow right now?
Let one word rise first. Don't edit it. Write it down. Then ask yourself: what would this look like in full bloom — specific, visible, real? What one small act today could be water or sunlight to that thing?
Neville Goddard understood this long before the neuroscience caught up — he taught that imagining from the feeling of the wish fulfilled, then grounding it in a concrete act, was not metaphor but mechanism. Intention without a body to carry it remains a wish. Intention that moves through your hand and onto the page becomes a seed.
Write for five minutes without stopping. Notice what surprises you on the page.
Your choices are seeds. What you tend is what grows.
