What You Are Ready to Show

When you slow your breath and turn attention inward, the nervous system shifts toward parasympathetic dominance — HRV rises, the amygdala quiets, and the brain becomes more receptive to signals it normally filters out. This is not metaphor. It is the biological condition for seeing clearly.

Find a seat where you won't be disturbed. Feel your feet flat against the floor, the firm press of ground beneath you. The full moon is almost here — you can sense it, the way you sense a room filling with light before you open your eyes.

Place one hand on your chest. Breathe slowly. Ask yourself, without forcing an answer: What have I kept hidden that is ready to be seen? Not the pieces you're ashamed of, not the ones you're still working through — but the parts that are whole, that are real, that have been quietly waiting for you to stop flinching from them.

Let one word, one image, one sensation rise. Hold it gently. Joe Dispenza calls this the moment the analytical mind steps back and the body begins to believe what the mind has chosen — when acknowledgment moves from concept into felt reality. That is your intention for the moon.

Your unhidden self does not need to be announced — it only needs to be acknowledged. The self that softens does not disappear. It becomes the vessel through which more light can move.
