What Your Heart Already Knows
When your hand rests over your heart and your exhale slows, the body shifts into cardiac coherence — your heart rhythm and breath begin to synchronize, HRV rises, and the nervous system moves out of threat-detection. This is the biological condition in which what you already know becomes audible.
Place one hand on your chest. Feel the warmth there — not a concept, but actual heat against your palm. Take a slow breath in, and as you exhale, let your shoulders drop half an inch.
Now ask yourself, quietly: What does this month want from me?
Don't reach for an answer. Let one come. It might arrive as a word, an image, a color, or a feeling with no name. Notice it without judging it.
Joseph Murphy understood this long before the science had language for it: the subconscious mind is not a place you go to find answers — it is where the answers already live. And what lives there is not a gap to be filled but a fullness already present — the awareness beneath the reaching, the knowing beneath the search. You are not generating an intention. You are recognizing one that was present before you asked.
This is your intention — not a goal to force, but a direction to lean toward. Write it down in one sentence before you stand up.
Your heart set this intention before your mind caught up. The fullness was never somewhere else.
