Your Morning Practice — Creativity & Flow
I AM
I am a vessel for creative energy. Ideas move through me with ease because I have already stepped out of my own way. I do not chase inspiration. I am the inspiration. The work flows because I allow it to flow, and everything I create carries the frequency of something real and alive.
Breathwork
Begin with Heart Coherence breathing. Inhale slowly through your nose for five counts, feeling your chest expand. Exhale gently through your mouth for five counts, releasing any tension in your shoulders and jaw. Repeat this cycle six times. With each exhale, imagine you are softening the walls between your thinking mind and the quiet place where ideas live.
Visualization
Close your eyes. You are sitting in your favorite creative space. Maybe it is a sunlit desk. Maybe it is a quiet room with music playing low. Feel the surface beneath your hands. You are in the middle of something — not starting, not finishing — right in the flow of it. Your hands know what to do. Words or images or sounds are arriving without effort, like water finding its way downhill. There is no clock. There is no critic. There is only you and the work, moving together like a single breath. Notice how your body feels — loose, warm, alive. This is not something you are forcing. This is something you already are. Feel the satisfaction of creating without resistance. Let that feeling fill your chest. Stay here for a moment. This is your natural state.
