The full moon has risen overnight, and its light now rests across your windowsill, your hands, the floor beneath your feet. Sit near a window if you can — or close your eyes and imagine it: that cool, silver brightness falling without judgment on everything it touches.
Breathe slowly. On each inhale, soften your belly. On each exhale, let one question rest in your chest: What have I not yet let myself see?
Don't search for an answer. The moon doesn't push — it simply makes visible what was always there. Notice what surfaces. A feeling. A face. The edge of something you've been circling without naming.
Place one hand on your sternum. Breathe into what has come into light.
You are not afraid of what the moon reveals — you are ready to receive it whole.
