The Morning After: Writing What the Full Moon Revealed

Open a notebook or a blank page. Hold your pen loosely — this is not a performance. Take three slow breaths and let your shoulders drop on each exhale.

Write this at the top: What came up for me last night?

Let whatever emerges land on the page without tidying it. A name. A tension you've been carrying in your jaw. Something you want that you haven't said out loud. The full moon doesn't show you what's pretty — it shows you what's true. Write toward the edge of what felt tender or surprising. Don't explain it. Don't resolve it. Just give it language.
