Living in the State of Illumination
I AM: I am the awareness in which all light appears — already whole, already luminous, already home.
Breathwork: Inhale slowly through the nose for four counts, as if breathing in light itself. Hold gently at the top — feel something warm pooling in the center of your chest. Exhale through the mouth, long and quiet, and let that warmth spread outward from your core.
Visualization: Close your eyes and bring your attention to the space behind your sternum. Imagine a steady, soft glow there — not a flame that could go out, but something more like dawn: patient, pervasive, already present. Watch it expand with each breath — filling your chest, rising through your throat, moving into your hands and the crown of your head. You are not generating this light. You are noticing what has always been here. Sit with that recognition for two or three minutes, letting it become more familiar than the doubt that usually fills this space.
Today's Intention: I move through this day as someone who knows the light is not ahead of me — it is what I am.
