Today's Teaching
Neville Goddard said: "The Sabbath is a state of rest, not a day of the week. It means you cease from all labor and enter into the feeling of the wish fulfilled."
This Sunday morning, you're not striving. You're resting in the reality you've already claimed.
Centering Breath (2 minutes)
Lie down or sit very comfortably. Let your body be completely supported.
Breathe slowly and deeply:
Inhale: "It is finished."
Exhale: "I rest in my completion."
Feel what it's like to stop fighting, stop proving, stop earning. Just rest in the knowing that it's already done.
Repeat until your nervous system softens.
Visualization (3 minutes)
Bring to mind something you've been working toward, hoping for, trying to make happen.
Now imagine it's already happened.
Not that it will happen. It already has.
How would you feel right now if it were done?
Probably... relief. Peace. A deep exhale.
That's the Sabbath.
Stay in that feeling. Let yourself rest there. This isn't hoping. It's knowing.
Affirmation
Place both hands over your heart. Say softly:
"I rest in the reality of my wish fulfilled. My work is done. It is so."
Closing Intention
Today is Sunday — a day of rest.
Your only job: Move through this day as someone who already has what they desire.
Not because you earned it. Because it's already yours.
When anxiety creeps in ("but I haven't seen it yet!"), return to the Sabbath:
"It is finished. I rest."
