This Week's Affirmation
Say this aloud three times. Not quickly. Slowly. Feel each word land.
"I am already becoming the person who has everything I desire. The transformation is not ahead of me — it is happening within me now."
Journal Prompt
Open your journal (or a blank page — it doesn't need to be fancy) and write for five minutes on this:
"What would I do differently this weekend if I fully believed my desires were already on their way?"
Don't overthink it. Don't edit. Let whatever comes, come.
One Belief to Examine
This week, notice how often you say (or think) some version of:
"I can't afford that."
Not whether it's true or false. Just notice the frequency. Notice how it feels in your body when you say it. Notice the identity it reinforces.
Then ask: What would the version of me who can afford it say instead?
You don't have to change the belief yet. Just see it. That's the first step.
