I AM: I am the awareness that watches, not the hand that grasps.

Breathwork: Breathe in slowly for four counts, and as you exhale, imagine you are stepping one small step backward — away from the noise, into the quiet room behind your eyes. Do this three times. Each exhale is a gentle unclenching.

Visualization: Picture yourself sitting at the edge of a river, watching leaves float past on the current. Each leaf carries something you have been trying to steer — a conversation, an outcome, a person you love. Watch each one arrive and pass without reaching in. Notice the part of you that wants to wade in and redirect the current — see that urge clearly, name it softly, and let it float by on its own leaf. You are not the river. You are not the leaves. You are the still bank that has always been here, watching.

Today's Intention: I will notice the moment I begin to control, pause, and simply witness what is already unfolding without me.
