Your Morning Practice — Career & Purpose
I AM
I am already living my purpose. The work I do flows from who I am — not from who I'm trying to become. I am aligned with the highest version of my calling, and opportunities find me effortlessly because I have already decided this is my reality.
Breathwork
Sit tall. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Breathe in through your nose for 5 counts, feeling your belly expand. Exhale through your mouth for 5 counts, feeling your heart soften. Repeat for two minutes. With each breath, feel yourself settling into the quiet certainty that your purpose is not something you chase — it is something you inhabit.
Visualization
Close your eyes. See yourself at the end of a workday that felt effortless. You're closing your laptop, or setting down your tools, or finishing a conversation that mattered. There's a warmth in your chest — not excitement, but a deep, quiet satisfaction. You didn't force anything today. The right ideas came. The right people showed up. You moved through your work the way water moves through a riverbed — naturally, without resistance. Feel the weight of your body in the chair. Hear the sounds of your space. Notice how your shoulders are relaxed, your jaw unclenched. This is what alignment feels like in your body. You are not becoming someone who lives their purpose. You already are that person. Let your nervous system learn this feeling. Hold it for three minutes.
