Breathwork
Heart Coherence Breathing: Inhale slowly through your nose for 5 counts, feeling your chest expand. Exhale gently through your mouth for 5 counts, releasing any tension. Place one hand on your heart and repeat for 6 full cycles. Let each breath soften you.
Visualization
Close your eyes. You are sitting across from someone who sees you completely — without masks, without performance. Feel the warmth between you, steady and unforced. Notice their eyes — soft, present, genuinely glad you exist. Hear laughter rising between you, the kind that comes from real knowing. Feel your shoulders drop. Feel your chest open. You are not reaching for love. Love is already here, in the ease of this moment, in the trust that lives in your body. This is not a wish. This is your Tuesday morning.
