Breathwork
Heart Coherence Breath — 5 counts in, 5 counts out. Place your hand over your heart. Breathe in slowly for 5 counts, feeling your chest expand. Exhale for 5 counts, imagining warmth radiating from your heart outward. Repeat for 6 rounds. Let each breath anchor the feeling that you are already whole.
Visualization
Close your eyes. You are standing in front of a mirror. But this mirror does not show you as you usually see yourself — it shows you as you truly are. Your posture is open. Your eyes are steady and calm. There is no tension in your jaw, no tightness in your shoulders. You see someone who has stopped performing and started simply being. Feel the quiet power in your chest. Hear your own voice say: I have nothing to prove. Notice how your reflection smiles — not to impress anyone, but because it knows something the world has not caught up to yet. You are already enough. You have always been enough. Let that truth settle into your bones.
