Breathwork
Begin with 4-7-8 breathing. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 7 counts, exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 counts. Repeat four times. This activates your parasympathetic nervous system — the body's built-in healing mode.
Visualization
Close your eyes. Feel a warm golden light at the crown of your head. It moves slowly downward — through your forehead, softening your jaw, relaxing your shoulders. It flows into your chest, and you feel your heart beating strong and steady. The light continues down through your stomach, your hips, your legs, all the way to the soles of your feet. Every place it touches feels alive, warm, restored. Now see yourself moving through your day with effortless energy — climbing stairs without thinking, laughing easily, sleeping deeply tonight. Your body is not a burden. It is your home. Feel gratitude for every breath it takes without being asked.
